***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
Hi Gina and everyone,
Bad***but oh so good*** carb day. Knew we were going to the state fair, so just chose to do the carb pig out. In past years would have had funnel cake and roasted corn, but not this time.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: egg salad, CS fudge bar, few tiny tomatoes
S: popcorn with extra butter
D: bacon, fried eggs
At the fair: few bites of beef jerky stick, curly fries, 1 cracker with cream cheese and pepper jelly
Vites and fluids all done.
Exercites: 20 min walk this morning. Walked 2 mikes at the fair and wasn't exhausted.

L-Meaty Lasagna -only 1 noodle
S-Pumpkin Spice Latte made with half & half
S-Apple Danish
D-Spagetti & Meat Sauce (less then 1/2 cup pasta)
Water - 10 cups
Vites-All but last batch
Exercise-None
