HI Guys, had a weird eating day today, hungry all day
B - pulled pork wrap, coffee with HC
S - cheese cubes, salami slices, iced coffee
L - another pulled pork wrap with cheese this time and with some chipotle ranch dessing, large diet coke
S - more cheese and salami
D - chicken breast cooked in mushroom soup with onion soup mix, mushrooms, chicken broth and cream cheese over seven grain orzo with some shredded cheese on top, large white wine spritzer
S - will probably be more cheese and salami

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

.....and I thought I didn't eat much today. Yeah......

B - no time, was late and hurried for work
S - salami and pepperoni with cheddar cheese slices
L - fried panela cheese (in butter)
S- made my own version of beanie weanies, so between lunch and dinner - 3 smoked sausage and about 1/2 bbq baked beans - I will be tossing the rest of the beans.....not feeling it

I will probably eat something else, but not sure at this point

 I am so proud of my self today.  I went back to work and I got in over 100 grams of protein.  

Bites
Water in tube 8 oz
unsweetened tea 4 oz
B- Double protein coffee 52 grams  20 oz of fluid
S- Cheddar Cheese  5 grams
L- Ricotta Bake  16 grams
S- Job Rob shake with Soy milk  34 grams  16 oz of fluid
 Unsweetened tea 8 oz

Total of 107 grams of Protein 
56 oz of Fluid 
Morning vites done
Forgot Lunch vites
Working on bedtime vites

Exercise was going to work LOL.

What is a ricotta bake??  That sounds like something I would like...
Nothing feels better than being able to go into ANY store and fit their clothes!

frozen breakfast - eggs / 2 sausage links / hash brown
1/2 english muffin w/ butter and low sugar jelly
chinese take out:
boneless spare ribs
few bites of rice
egg drop soup
sunflower seeds
double protein decaf coffee
1 donut hole (yup, just one)
3 meatballs
6 gnocchi w/sauce
1/2 slice garlic toast
double protein decaf coffee
1/3 c rice chex w/ lf milk

fluids:  80+ oz
