Late post and I've been MIA.
B - Double protein shake
Small individual bowl of mini wheats.
L - Half of a chicken taco salad - without rice or shell.
D - 1/4 cup Dreamfields elbows, probably one serving size of hamburger helper sauce made with 1# ground round & a few ounces of additional 'processed cheese food'.
S - Crystal Light Mojito drink (5 calories per serving), 2 dark chocolate mini Reeces cups, handful of dark chocolate covered pomegrante seeds from TJ.
Exercise - none; still having Sciatica pain.
Vites - all done.
Carbs around 75 net even with the bad snacking.
Protein - I'd guess around 130 grams.
