Thanks! I'm trying to cut out as many useless carbs as I can. I do have a bag of tortilla chips with melting cheese that will be calling my name soon........I have definitely been trying to lay off the toast, buns, tortillas (though I finally found the mission.....even though a little skeptical), as much as possible. I'll never be perfect, but I consider myself a work in progress, and I was never good at too much deprivation.

I like the Rockin Roll protein bars, when I'm craving something sweet. I think they are a better choice than a candy bar, but I haven't been eating them. I don't get how the whole XX carbs only equals 2 carbs so they worry me a bit. I haven't tried anything else like that except the Atkins PB cups, and I ate the whole box in one day, so I cut those out.....thoughts?

B 1 BBQ Shredded chicken 1 oz  7gr

B 2- Hard Boiled Egg 7 grams
S- Peanuts  6 grams
L- Protein Coffee 26gr
S- Peanuts- 6 grams
D- Ricotta Bake 20 gr
S- Peanuts 6 gr 

Protein 78 grams
Did not do well with water will work harder tomorrow
Vite's in
TPN tonight 

I ate more than usual today.  I bought a timer to start using so I can remember to drink every 30 min and eat every 2 hrs.  Any progress made is a plus.

HI Guys, not a bad day all in all, trying to lose that 7lbs regain!!

B - 2 scrambled eggs with whipped cream cheese, HC and shredded cheese, coffee with HC
L - low carb wrap stuffed with homemade pulled pork, cheese and creamy chipotle sauce, large iced coffee with splenda
S - 2 huge deli meat rollups with cream cheese, peppered turkey, colby jack cheese and pickle spear dipped in creamy chipotle ranch dressing
D - low carb pulled pork quesadillas made with my homemade pulled pork, roasted peppers and onions and mexican shredded cheese all dipped in sour cream OMG it was good!! glass white wine spritzer
S - some cajun boiled peanuts

Ok. I gonna get better about posting earlier.

B- Protein Coffee
S- Few mixed nuts
L- Rotisserie chicken w/ salsa, greek yogurt, and cheese wrap
S- Couple chocolate covered pretzels / couple sugar free Werther's candies
D- open faced fried egg and bacon sandwich on regular bread
S- a drink of son's grape juice

SW / BMI / SIZE:  312 / 49.5 / 26-28W         CW / BMI / SIZE:  159.1 / 25.1/ 10-12 
I need to lose about 2 more pounds for a normal BMI .  I still seem to be slowly losing at over 2 yrs out...so may get there yet.
