calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9:
iron: done
evening batch: starting in a few
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks

Hi Gina and everyone,
Busy day with our conference and walking and shopping. The eating has been difficult but that's just me.

B: scrambled eggs, sausage, few Bites of a biscuit
S: Swiss cheese, Adkins almond cranberry bar
L: (very late) pulled pork and a few fries
S: maybe leftover pork when we get back tonight and a protein coffee

Vites on track. Fluids behind.
Exercites: lots of walking and stair climbing.

It's been an interesting experience. I'm definitely the smallest person in our group, didn't expect that. Also was much more comfortable to fly thinner.

I'm glad you're getting out and staying busy. Make sure you're getting your protein coffees and vites in. We want you back home healthy!

Message heard. Got my protein in yesterday but not all my vits. I just finished a protein coffee . I have a new plan for tomorrow whi*****ludes tons more water and at least 2 protein coffees.

howdy doodie my ds cuties

double protein coffee
3 fat slices of pork roll
some kind of chinese tempura shrimp thing for lunch.  pulled off the tempura batter & ate  few of the walnuts.  there was also this white sticky sorta sweet glaze on everything.  scraped that off.  it was weird.
double protein decaf coffee
3 donut holes
assorted nuts and seeds though out the day
mini baby ruth
1/2 corned beef/russian dressing/cole slaw sandwich.  no bread of course
7-10 cheesy steak fries w/bacon
double protein decaf coffee
very small bowl of rice chex w/ lf milk
banana - first banana since wls.  don't think i like them very much anymore.  tasted icky.

hey gail.  hope you're doing ok at your conference.  when i travel i always get a giggle out of the food i now pack.  
found pumpernickel wraps and used 1/2 of one to make your turkey/tomato/avocado samich.  it was so yummy.

It's not been as fun as in previous years because I haven't been relaxed......sharing a room and concerned about bathroom "issues" then trying to work out the eating since I still have problems with a lot of proteins. Finally figured out last night how to do protein coffees and will increase my water today.

Your wrap sounds good.

Interesting Asian meal you have there and I'm so happy the banana was awful.  Probably has a much sugar as the donut holes and the Baby Ruth bar together.  lol

so far, it's bananas. lemons, beets that i don't like anymore.  hubs and i used to eat beets at least once a week before my wls surgery.  now they taste like rusty nails.  blah. 
the banana was maybe 4 slices, each  the size of a nickle.  it tasted mealy and had that artificial taste to it.  oh well.
