I have to try this, I am struggling soooooooo much with the shakes. I have tried at least 5 different brands and several flavors in each brand. I was ok before surgery now I gag and dry heave with them. Upsets me a lot but I keep trying them. Thank you, sure hope this works!!!!

The first two I made were not that bad, the second one was a little dry, so I am sure that I over microwaved it, but I am going to start all over!!!

You can add extra oil to give moistness too.

The original recipe is kinda skimpy on the oil because I was afraid newbies might make it with 3T and might upset their stomach. I really think it tastes best with 2-3T of oil...

I made one this morning but had no Veg. Oil, so I used butter instead. I must say, it is HEAVENLY. Finally, a way to get my protein in without gagging. I am so happy.
