I have honestly fallen off the grid lately and need to get back on track. I'm new to California and the Northern San Diego County area and am looking for a support group or something in this area!

I also live in San Diego (south county- Chula Vista) but would LOVE to find some DS support around here. Let us know!

Pre-band surgery weight: 233
Lowest: 199 ( for, like, a day)
CW: 260 (yes, with the band!)

Current Fill: 5cc in 10cc band
BMI: 49

You have 3 now, make plans for a dinner once a month. You might want to carpool up to LA every few months and attend the lunch/dinner with their group.
