I call mine a protein latte because I use espresso instead of coffee.
I make mine like this ...
1 cup whole milk - half & half - light cream
4 shots of espresso
Add Ice and 1-1.5 scoops champion pure whey stack Chocolate
2 splenda or some flavored syrups :)
Shake like hell.
I have 2-3 a day.

Easy, I like mine iced.
I mix 2 scoops Champion chocolate with about 4-6 oz of water in a blender bottle. Shake it up. The idea is you want to use just enough water to blend your protein powder before adding the coffee.
Take a cup of hot coffee. I have a Keurig so just make a cup, but you could also just take a cup from a pot of coffee. Pour it over ice in a separate cup to cool it off.
Add that to the blender bottle, shake it up again. Add cream. Shake again. Add ice. Shake again.
