Hi Gina and everyone,
Gina, the chilli with scoops sounds soooo good.
I made egg salad for the first time in my life and it was wonderful!!!

B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Swiss cheese (10)
S: double protein shake (46)
L: egg salad (14), CS fudge bar
S: Adkins cranberry almond bar (10)
D.: taco with one tortilla, tomato, onion, avacado, cheese (7-10?)
S: undecided...will see if I get hungry

Vites are done. Fluids just fine.

I added a couple of pickles and it was like eating my potato salad. This will be my new favorite for awhile.

gail, whenever i read your turkey/tomato/avocado sandwich on ww thin bun my mouth waters.  always sounds like such a yummy combo of flavors.
so today i bought these ingredients.  care to guess what's for lunch tomorrow?  lol.

 hi!

B - crackers with butter, cream cheese, and cheese AND mushroom and lentil soup

L - pringles (yes pringles - i want to see if i can eat some carbs and still loose weight - or if i am one of those who need to be very strict) and plain yogurt mixed with double cream, canderel sugar, blue berries and almonds
S - nuts and cheese
D - paneer curry (indian cheese), and other indian vegatable curry (don't know the english words) with 2 tbs rice (could not finish my food)
S - a very large glass of milk

i'm still waiting for my protein shakes - miss them very much!

my clothes are getting more baggy! soo happy:)

I was one to really watch my carbs until I was at least at normal BMI. It took me another 6 months to get to goal. WL just slowed down so much at that point.

I hope your protein powder gets to you this week.

i don't know what i was thinking! i just had a little scolding as well - going to limit my carbs totally!

3 sl canadian bacon
insides of a turkey/roasted pepper/provolone hoagie
chips w/onion dip
double protein decaf coffee
peanuts
finished off the turkey hoagie
2 donut holes
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  70+ oz - kinda lost count
