Has the rain stopped?
Cleaned house today...the heavy stuff....and didn't even get tired.
That's such a huge change for me.
B: bacon (12), double protein shake (46)
S: Swiss cheese (15)
L: Brok's pizza (4)
S: CS fudge bar. Adkins oatmeal almond bar (10)
D: 1 chicken strip (?), couple of waffle fries
S: plan protein coffee
Vites done. Fluids on track. Took last steroid dose today.
Exercites: 20 minute walk. Cleaned house. Tried to get in the pool but the water was too cold. Guess swimming season is over.
My house is next...come on over! lol

Attempted double protein shake total of 56 grams was only able to drink 1/2 before I got sick of stomach I believe it was to thick so I will try again tomorrow.
2 tbs of re-fried beans
2 shrimp
1 tbs of sour cream
3 oz of unsweetened tea
I am going to continue to drink unsweetened decaf tea because it is soothing my stomach.

L - mung daal (lentils) curry (medium bowl) and brie cheese (quarter piece)
S - medium bowl of creamy pasta
D - cheese, broccoli and peas soup (medium bowl)
S - eggplant curry (small bowl) rice (2 table spoons) and 1 slice of cheese
S - buttery popcorn
S - milk with quarter cup double cream
i am actually missing my protein shakes - i can't believe it!!
