Well yesterday wasn't to bad purchased some sugarfree candy to help with the sugar fits and it seems to work.

B- 60 gm protien shake with soy milk
2 B 36 gm bacon and eggs
10 gms toppings off pizza 3 slices
10 gms nuts
75 gms over 5 hour period Double Cheese Burger from Mc Donalds minus the bread.
Sugarfree candy.

Exercise done in the morning 4 am 1 hour and all vites were done.

hello everyone:)

B - plain yogurt mixed with double cream, with blue berries and almonds
S - brie cheese
L - a packet if crisps, green banana curry
S - brie cheese and milk
D - pizza (base made with soy flour) & blue cheese salad with double cream
S - glass of milk with some double cream

hope it's ok to have this much double cream - now a days i always put  1/4 cup of double cream in my milk!!
