Hi Gina and everyone,
Quiet around here this evening,
Going to St Louis next week with 3 women for a conference and will be gone 3 days...getting a little nervous. I'm taking protein powder, etc. Hopefully I have it all planned.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: 12 WW thin bun with turkey, Swiss, avacado, tomato
S: CS fudge bar
S: Adkins chocolate hazelnut bar (found it at Sam's)
D: few bites of rotisserie chicken thigh, tomato, avacado,
double protein shake
S: ????

Vites/fluids on track. Last steroid dose tomorrow.
Exercites: 20 min morning walk. 1 mile mall walk (walking partner got tired)

i agree with wanting the rain to stop. took me 1 1/2 hrs to drive 23 miles to work this morning.  many roads closed due to flooding.  not good

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
40 or so pepperoni crisps
1/2 gyro w/feta cheese, yogurt/cucumber sauce, tomatoes, onion.  (minus the pita of course)
assorted nuts throughout day
1/2 ginger cookie
some sort of beef stick from an amish market
double protein decaf coffee
the other 1/2 of gyro  (belch)
mini fun size baby ruth & butterfnger
so tired, may just crawl into bed now and fore go my evening protein coffee

vites:   all on schedule
fluids:  a bit low for me.  60 oz.
