Lane Bryant kicking me out lol!!
Hubby and I were out shopping this holiday weekend and we stopped in Lane Bryant. The sales lady comes over and asked me if I needed help.
I told her I was just looking and she ask if I was shopping for a freind. I told her I was shopping for me and she says "girl you are too small to be shopping here".
I just turned and looked at her and gave her a hug. My husband stands there and says "I tried to tell her that too, but she still thinks she is big".
Wow I left and I am still in shock. I always shopped at Lane Bryant and now they are kicking me out lol. What a feeling!!!!

P.S left there and went to OLD NAVY lol. Foung all kinds of stuff there that fit for first time in my life.

Love the feeling when then the big girl catalogs come in the mail and I just toss 'em. The only thing about losing Lane Bryant was I had finally found the perfect bra. Now I can't find one I like to save my life! I took me a while to recognize my new body, too. Sometimes I still forget, like the dread when you see a walk through turnstile thingy.

I always loved Lane Bryant stuff. I am so overwhelmed by my new body and its new shape that shopping wears me out fast.
You just can't buy it and take it home. You have to try suff on so I consider that excercise now lol. Jeans are so freakin different. My new body doesn't look good in normal to high rise. I look and feel great in a low rise jean which is something I could not even dream of wearing.
I will miss Lane Bryant, they did have nice stuff.

Congratulations Carla to graduate from LB.I remember the same feeling when I came to Catherines store after loosing 180 lb and sales women told me that I am too small to shop, I should go to regular store, I was crying, what a feeling.

Alla I am doing well. I saw my PS for check up yesterday and he removed some of the stitches that were sticking out (I swear they looked like fishing line lol).
He says I healed well and was happy with my protein intake. I don't feel swollen but he says I will still go down some more lol. I am looking at doing my thighs next which he says my thighs and arms will be easy compared to the severe hernia and TT I just went thru.
I cried in the car Alla cause I felt like I lost something by not being able to shop at Lane Bryant lol. Shopping is overwhelming now. But I am gonna love every step of it.

I do too lol. I pick stuff off the rack to try on but in my mind I am saying "well I will give it a try but I don't think this will fit" and then it does and I just don't know what to do with myself.
This is a new world for me. And BTW when I lose 30-40 more pounds I just dont know how I will deal with that new body either WOW what a change my life is taking lol.

I still have 30-40 pounds to loose to reach goal. I still take a XL & sometimes 2XL shirt. I am buying size 12 to 16 low rise jeans depending on how they are cut mostly average 14.
I thought I could still wear Lane Bryant stuff cause they go down to 14 but their 14 is full cut. Hubby does not like me wearing tent clothing anymore. He says I look "HOT" in cloths that actually fit me and show my figure.

This is how I feel about my own closet!! LOL!!! I feel like my closet is kicking me out. I had TONS of clothes that were too small, but now that I'm down 62 pounds, I can wear almost all of them and more and more of them are getting too big. I still have another 60+ to go, so I'm afraid I'm going to be off to the thrift stores soon!!!
