Your protein and carbs look great...even with the 3 beers! Question, though--why do you count calories? Out of curiosity? Cuz you know that with our malabsorption that that is not important. We only absorb about 20% of fat and 60% of complex carbs and protein (my numbers may be a little off as I'm working on memory...but I think I'm in the ball park more or less.
Your enchilada sounds yummy. I may have to try that as I love Mexican food.

Thanks! I don't actually count calories, but Sparkpeople does. I log there b/c I'm horrible at guessing if I got enough protein and really good about saying I ate less carbs than I actually did. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/biggrin2.gif)
The enchiladas were good. Good sauces with meat can make all the difference as to how much and whether my food is going to stay put or not.

Well I must say since I have started working out in the morning my days seem much brighter and I am enjoying the workout. I am happy to report that the scale is moving and as of today I am down to 264 from 455 is something to be excited about and I will be hitting that 200 pound loss soon 9 more pounds and there will be a celebration in California. Any here is what I ate yesterday:
B: 60 grams of protein Shake (took forever to drink it but I love my banana shake)
12 grams soy milk
10 grams sausage
12 salami
6 Cheese
L 20 grams Hotlink and rib
15 grams Nuts
4 pieces of pizza just the toppings
That was it for the day.
All of my vites completed and I worked out for 1 hour in the AM.

Thanks!!! I have 13 pounds to go to have lost 100 pounds since my DS. I am praying that I get there before our one year. I am just really enjoying the extra energy that I have since getting to the weight I am at. I wonder if I will be speedy when I get down under 200 pounds???
