Highest Known Weight = 370# / 59.7 bmi @ 5'6"
Current Weight = 168# / 26.4 bmi : fluctuates 5# either way @ 5'7" / more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9) = 159#: would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.

I am not sure who made the mistake, Natrol or Walgreen's - the description of the production is incorrect. I personally saw this product on Walgreen's shelf the other day and it is in fact, Dry D3 tablet. While the dose isn't nearly high enough for any of you DS patients and most of us RNY patients, she did have good intentions. It isn't a gelcaps - it is a tablet of D3.
