3 Months out!
Hi all,
Just wanted to give my 3 month update....So i've lost a total of 62 LBS, which i'm super excited about. I still have a long ways to go, but i know i'll get there at some point. :) Eating has been pretty painless as well. I don't seem to have many intolerances although i do get gassy if i have anything carby. I do my best to stay away from the carbs anyway! I tend to eat lots of cheeses and meats and I love LOVE the dried Italian meats. I think because I eat so little now, and the flavor of them is so strong it makes me feel more satisified. Hard to explain but i'm sure most of you get it! Vitamins have been the hardest thing for me because after surgery I got this horrible gag reflex. so anytime I take a vitamin i mostly just spit it up. I'm struggling majorly with this and could really use some advise. I'm currently taking everything i can in the chewable form. does anyone know of any small pills I can take to get my vits in? Any advise would be really appreciated! Thanks for all the great advise you guys are all great!
Gina

For me, capsules go down easier than tablets. I have problems with calcium for a year or so before surgery and afterwards, could not do zinc or copper. Right now, most everything I take is in capsule form except my multivit and Proferrin, I still use Upcal calcium citrate powder that I put in my shakes and supplement with calcium chews.
Hope you find something that works for you.
Gina,
Congrats on your awsome weight loss!!!!!
Try this website, there (on the last blue line on the left-hand side) is chewable/liquid of the vitamin schedule..... http://vitalady.com/vitanews/starter-packages/

Those vits are important.. try to shake up the schedule and find a time that works.
