I only did 2 small reds, because it was just me. I do hate the cheese I wasted!!!! I want to keep the carbs lower, but I can't nazi myself on them, or I will just binge with that obsession of thinking I can't have them. I mostly wanted to clean up the crap I was eating from being on the road and having every meal out.

Ok...trying to get back on track. Biggest problem is simple carbs...so that will be my focus this week.
S - 2 glasses of water (what a snack! lol)
B - 2 fried eggs, 4 bacon, 2 glasses of water
S - Cheese stick
L - Cheese stick and about 4 ounces of pork pot roast meat with 2 glasses of water
S - Metamucil...hahaha
D - one fried crisp corn tortilla with 2 eggs and 4 pieces of bacon
S - I dunno. I'm not hungry, but I am craving sugar so badly. Very tempting just to go to sleep so this day will be over, but I have to work. I might allow myself to have half a bag of popcorn as it is not "sugar" but they are carbs that will convert to sugar. Hmmm.
On a good note, I did exercise today and gathered up all my sweets and brought it to my son's house.
I guess I'll go drink another glass of water and see if that will trick me...I can put the sugar free powder in it We'll see. Hopefully tomorrow will be easier.
