Oh boy. Yeah, at least make sure you can stay hydrated on busy days. You really don't want to go down the path of dehydration.

HIGH carb day  :(

- ham and swiss cheese rolled up, dipped in safflower mayo mixed with organic honey mustard (heh, not the high carb part!)
- WAY too much of a bagged mix of organic almonds, cashews, and a dried cranberries I pickes up at Trader Joe's. The bag had like 10 "servings," and I SO ate more than half the bag. Thre the rest away!
- entire container of fresh cherries (I think the container said 3 servings)
- Quizno's: small honey dijon chicken salad (greens, cucumber, honey dijon chicken, green apple, dried cranberries, and red grapes with acai dressing on the side)
- organic whole milk for taking vites

Bleh. Too much sugar from the cherries and cranberries. I obviously can't be trusted with the cherries and won't be buying them again since this is the second (or third?) time I've eaten the entire container in one day.
