Is there a list of recommended surgeons in Mexico?

My sister wants to have gastric sleeve, and after a long talk with her I'm actually convinced she might do as well with it as I've done with my DS, for a number of reasons.  Her insurance won't cover it, though, so she's looking for a reputable surgeon in Mexico to have it done.  Is there a list somewhere of surgeon ratings or anything?

Dr. Gilberto Ungson, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico

There are other surgeons in Mexico who have good reputations as sleeve surgeons, but for the DS, Dr. Ungson is the only one who has a stellar reputation.  He gave me my DS, and I felt that I could not have had a better experience in any hospital here in the states.  The place was spotless, he and his staff were really wonderful.  I'm a happy camper, and SO grateful that he was there.

There is only ONE surgeon in MX you can trust to do the DS. The list begins and ends with Ungson.

People have tried other surgeons who claim to do the DS with horrendous results including losing a stomach and death. Trust no one but Ungson for the DS in MX.

Meanwhile, he is an excellent choice. Highly qualified, highly renowned, operates out of a modern legitimate hospital, and has the best self-pay rates on this continent. Hermosillo is only a one hour flight from Phoenix.

I guess I should have posted this in the VSG forum, since that's the surgery she's planning to have, as I mentioned.  My mistake.
