EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
4 slices canadian bacon
sunflower seeds
3 slices lebanon bologna
20 spiced shrimp
3 mini milk-ways
mini carrots
double protein decaf coffee
handful of cheez doodles
pot roast
corn
spoonful of buttery mashed potatoes
drinking my last protein coffee for the day

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  over 100 oz by bedtime

Hi Gina and everyone,


Major wildfires for 2 days and 105 today, BUT the forecast is for the heat wave to end in 3 days.


Back on the steroids and eye is better.





B: bacon, double protein shake


S: Fage yogurt


L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 WW thin bun, tomato, avacado


S: crabsmart fudge bar


S: double protein shake


D: Brok's pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage


S: plan protein coffee






Vites/fluids/steroids: on track.


Exercites: pool exercises for 20 min. Divided out my vits for the month,,,,should count for something.





Gina, did it really take you 6 mo to lose the last 20 pounds?

Worse than that. It took me 6 months to lose the last 16 pounds. lol  I hope that heat wave clears out and y'all get some rain and cooler weather.

Okay - Day 2 and another day of being proud of myself.

B: 2 Eggs Over easy 
     6 slices of Bacon
L: 8-10 Cajun Style wings (Kind of like hot wings, but different seasoning)
S: Chobani vanilla yogurt (6 ounces)
     10 blueberries in the yogurt
D: Turkey medalions in gravy from Boston Market w/ 1/4 cup Mashed potatoes
     Mushrooms (Maybe 1/3rd a cup?)
S: Carb Smart Ice cream bar

Ladies, I have no idea what the hell happened to me; I just don't want to f*ck around anymore.  I'm so happy this "bug" has bit me.

- 4 leftover mozzarella sticks from Red Robin
- fruit (few peach slices, red and green grapes, few strawberry slices, and I always take 1 slice of banana!) & cottage cheese
- cheeseburger (just the meat and cheese) dipped in mixture of 2 packets mayo and 1 packet ketchup, more fruit (2 small chunks of watermelon and more grapes - man, the cafe in my office building has REALLY good grapes!)
- Wegmans: I took some souther style bbq pork and a few different Asian meats and a pork spring roll, but I only ate like 1 bite of each thing; just wasn't feelin' it. Threw a lot away  :(
- some green bean chips

I need to up my water intake. I aim for 2 liters a day, but I've been falling short the past few days. Water has just become so unappealing, but I just have to suck it up!

B - plain yogurt mixed with double cream with blue berries and chopped almonds
S - protein shake (30g)
L - soup: lentils, carrots, green beans and peas
S - pistachios
D - dhaal (lentis) and cheese crisps
S - protein shake (30g)
S - a few almonds

gym is going quite well - trainer is making me sweat! hehe!
