Well yesterday actually. Scale says 143.5 today. I am MAINTAINING for the first time in my entire life!

Congrats. You've truly discovered the best part of the DS - maintaining your weight. I've been at the same weight (+/- 5 pounds) for the last 5 years.

Hi Janet,

I've found that it has taken a lot to overcome my fear of regain. I'm still afraid of it but am slowly starting to trust my DS and myself.
