EXERCITES:
4- 15 minute walks and 40 leaning push-ups

Hi Gina and everyone,
Did you have any problem getting to work, Gina?
All the "Irene" stuff reminds me of when we have a major ice/winter storm predicted here.
Last dose of steroids this morning and my eye feels pretty good. I made really poor carb choices yesterday, so tried to do better today.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 WW thin bun, tomato, avacado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: bacon, fried eggs ( was planning to eat meatballs from last night, but DH took them for lunch and didn't tell me till I went to heat them up)
S: maybe protein coffee or shake cake

Vites/fluids/steroids on track.
Exercites: 20 minutes on recumbent bike.

Question, Gina, do you think I'm getting too much protein?

Everything is fine around here. East of us is still coming back online and cutting tree limbs. We didn't get the floods like they got further north.

Your Bites look good to me. I think your protein is fine. Your labs show your albumin in the 4s and your prealbumin near the top of the range?

hope everyone is well, espeically those who live in the area where there's a hurricane!

B - spicey tofu
S - protein shake (30g)
L - chilli paneer, 3 french fries, and 3 bites of a pizza (learnt my lesson as i visited the loo quite a few times today)
S - protein shake (30g)
D - 4 finn crackers topped with cream cheese, butter and cheese

hey majormom - i've noticed that some of you have a double protein shake (60g), but i've heard that we can only absorb 30g of protein at a time?
