woke up with a very bad headache today - slept some more, had breakfast at 3pm.
B - green beans curry and half yogurt/half double cream mixed with 1 diced peach

Glad everyone came through dry. We were 108 again today. We need rain!
Eye much better and less weird feelings from the new steroids, but HUNGRY!!!! I only have ne more dose to go tomorrow then see the doctor Tuesday. DH says amputate.

Weekend was horrible to hot to eat and to busy to remember.
2 double protien shakes made with soy milk 48 grams each total of 96
cup of chill mostly meat 20 gm
3 home made low card chicken taco's and lots and lots of cheese took me a about 6 hours to eat all three but I did.
Sunday is the hardest day to get everything in.
No exercises and Vits are good.
