hi!! hope everyone is well:)

woke up with a very bad headache today - slept some more, had breakfast at 3pm.

B - green beans curry and half yogurt/half double cream mixed with 1 diced peach
S - protein shake (30g)
L - mixed nuts with spices
D - soup -  mung daal (lentils) with carrots and green beans
S - protein shake (30g)

1/2 ny strip steak
wild rice (maybe 1/4 cup)
1/2 ear corn
green beans - aLso 1/4 cup
3 bites of cheesecake
planned for later - double protein decaf coffee

Hi Gina and everyone,
Glad everyone came through dry. We were 108 again today. We need rain!
Eye much better and less weird feelings from the new steroids, but HUNGRY!!!! I only have ne more dose to go tomorrow then see the doctor Tuesday. DH says amputate.

B: bacon, double protein shake

L: turkey and Swiss on 1/2 WW thin bun, tomato , carbsmart fudge bar
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: pecans
D: meatballs, mashed potatoes, cesear salad, 3 bites of brownie
S: ????

Vites/fluids/steroids on track. Need to fix my September vitamins tomorrow.
Exercites: water exercises for 20 minutes.

Hey there!!!

Weekend was horrible to hot to eat and to busy to remember.

2 double protien shakes made with soy milk 48 grams each total of 96
cup of chill mostly meat 20 gm
3 home made low card chicken taco's and lots and lots of cheese took me a about 6 hours to eat all three but I did.

Sunday is the hardest day to get everything in.

No exercises and Vits are good.
