Popcorn isn't really a bad thing but we can over do it. It's great fiber and a great vehicle for butter. If you can get all your protein in and then have room for popcorn, try a little and see how you do with it.

I ate a lot today for only being 24 days out...yikes!

Bites:
B- My "egg delight"- 1 egg, 1 slice of velveeta cheese, 1tbs mayo, a squirt of mustard, 1 deli slice turkey, 5 green olives
S- First time trying chili with melted cheddar cheese-(about 1 cup)
L- Another "egg delight" - LOVE IT!
S- string cheese
D- 1 Fish fillet without the batter skin on top-a dab of tarter sauce

Vites- (just starting)
1 chewable multi (Vitalady)
4 chewable calcium (Vitalady) (Why do they have to be so sweet? I'm not a candy girl)

Exercites-
1-10 min walk
15-30 min walk pending for when the sun goes down

You should be able to move on to capsules now with no problem. Love the sound of the egg delight.

L- wendies chilli about 2-3 oz
D- 3 oz steak and 1 french fry
s- gonna try a shake cake

vites- morning-taken
lunch-late but taken
dinner-taken
bed- pending

excersice-walked about 1- 11/2 hours shopping.

worked fine.  I was a little concerned but we went out to dinner and I didn't know what to order.  So I ordered a 6 oz steak which came with a potato side so i got fries.  I ate one and the rest my husband ate.  I ate about half the steak chewed well and everything was fine!

we are all buttoned up and waiting for irene to come a knockin'.  seen some pretty nutty people today.  some woman's car caught on fire at micky d's.  she said "let irene put out the flames".  ummmm don't think irene is coming for 2 days.  could be a good thing if you call the fire dept. now.
geesh.

leftover barbecue beef w/mushrooms

1/2 slice of breakfast ham

1/2 piece of rye bread w/lots of butter and honey

vites:  all accounted for and digested
fluids:  70+ oz by bedtime
