***Wednesday Bites, Vites & Exercites***
I think you're ok as long as you're exercising as you are. If the carbs aren't adding weight back on, a few moderate carbs may be fine for you.

Not a good food day (as Gina knows from my FB post!):
- Chobani peach Greek yogurt (fat free - I hate that they are all fat free!)
- few spoonfuls peanut butter
- Panera: small Asian chicken salad (no crispy wontons) and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. HOWEVER, this all came back up on me a couple hours later :( It was not only the first time I've thrown up during my pregnancy, but actually the first time I've ever thrown up since I left the hospital from my DS!
- 1/2 cup whole milk to get my last batch of vitamins down
I went grocery shopping tonight, so hopefully I won't eat out as much anymore, which will hopefully keep the puking under control since I'll better know exactly what's in my food.
Oh, and I feel like I've been demoted - thought I was 10.5 weeks along, but ultrasound yesterday measured Jiffy at only 9 weeks, so today I am officially 9 weeks and 1 day. New due date: March 27 (Jeff's mother's birthday is April 1, and she would die of ecstasy if the baby shared her birthday! We shall see...).

Ugh...I won't tell you my morning sickness stories. You don't want to know.

Hello everyone.
BITES:
B - Double protein coffee; part of a Pop-Tart. (I'm ashamed, but it was left over from yesterday and just sitting there on my desk doing a Hoochie Coochie dance until I succumbed to its charms.)
L - What I was going to have for dinner last night - carnitas & cheese burrito made with low carb tortilla, sour cream
S - handful of peanut butter filled pretzels
D - no idea!
S- around bedtime I'll do another double protein shake.
Carbs - around 75, protein around 180; will be more if I eat some dinner.
VITES: on track - only bedtime pending
EXERCITES: 35 minutes on elliptical trainer or recumbent bike; may walk neighbor's dogs around block.
