Yep..a ribeye that is!!! sooooo yummy and I'm back on track with my low carbing. I think the carb overload was simply due to a bit of depression or hormone imbalance or some such craziness. I upped my protein shakes and upped my meat and egg quota..VIOLA immediate feeling of well being. hmm, perhaps my protein levels were to blame. ah well I'm off the scale for a couple weeks until I can jump on and use it as a tool instead of a club to beat myself up with. I am in love with my DS. Im fact the darn thing is almost ******ic!!!!
