I never hear these mentioned much.  They have 35 grams of protein and 4 carbs.  Looking at the ingredients, it says "Protein Blend (Milk Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate).  Everyone seems to talk about whey protein.  Is there a downside to my drinking these?  I love the Chocolate.

Thanks for any insight.

That's not the purest form of protein available in a supplement, but it's better than a collagen-based protein. (Which is not high praise.)

The bottom line, mostly, though, is if it's animal source protein that's from milk or egg and not collagen, it's basically acceptable. Whey protein is better than milk protein concentrate or calcium caseinate. Whey isolate absorbs much faster than whey protein, so fast that it causes blood sugar and gas problems for some people *points at self*.
