Coated Caplets?

Today I dissolved 2 coated calcium caps in a couple of tablespoons of milk, it took just a few minutes for them to dissolve. I stirred them into a fruit yogurt and ate the yogurt. I did get a little bit of a gritty texture where some of the calcium did not dissolve but there was no bad taste at all. The is how I will try to get the calcium down after surgery, even putting the 2 dissolved caps into a ounce of cottage cheese should work better than trying to swallow those large pills.
