Hi guys,
Got cavities filled this morning so I'm behind on my carrots. lol
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - sliced peach
S - popcorn
D - NC BBQ (no bun) w/coleslaw
S - V8
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending
EXERCITES:
1 -15 minute walk 20 push-ups

Hi Gina and everyone,
Hate the dentist.
Had my Reclast infusion today. All kind of went ok. Just took two sticks for the IV. They offered me lunch while I was there, but decided I wasn't going to inflict hospital food on my stomach.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled eggs
S: double protein shake
L (late): 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, tomato, avacado
Carbsmart fudge bar
D: (DH out and didn't want to cook). Bacon, fried eggs
S: plan protein coffee
Vites and fluids om track
Exercites: nothing much. I was doing so good for awhile and need to get hack into something regular.

Keep me posted on how the Reclast works for you. Your Bites look good today. I should probably boil some eggs to have deviled eggs handy in the fridge.
