Hi Gina and everyone,
Gina, did OK with dinner last night...thank goodness. Probably a few too many carbs, but it tasted good.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled egg
L: 1/2 WW thin bun, chicken with mayo, tomato, avacado, few ties of dill pickle
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: few bites of steak (too tough), 1 mushroom, 1 slice grilled onion
S: plan protein coffee

Vites and fluids on track
Exercites: swam for about 15 min. Had good intensions to do more, but........

I'm glad dinner went well last night. I'm finding I have to have a really good cut of meat that's only cooked medium rare. If I'm rushed though, forget about it.

It was a rib eye and looked good. Oh well, DH finished it all off. I'll probably be hungry early rather than late.

 Hi Gina,

I read your posts often.  I see you do a lot of protein coffees and protein shakes and not a lot of food (that requires chewing).  Do you have to try hard to not eat or is this program easy for you?  Being MO for most of my life, I of course love food.  Even though I can't eat very much at all now, my eyes are still big and I yearn for things.  How do you handle this.  You're so tiny!!!!

Hi Sandy,
It's easy for me, I guess. I feel like I eat all day though because I graze and snack. Meals of dense meat aren't as easy for me and I haven't pushed it lately to try to eat larger meals. Probably have never been a foodie, just a snacker.

hi everyone - i got so excited yesterday about hitting my weight goal i forgot to post on b,v,& e.  lol.

double protein coffee
corned beef hash w/ poached egg
1/2 mini whole wheat bagel w/butter
tuna salad w/hard boiled egg
corn nuts
pistachios
double protein iced coffee
salisbury steak (prepackaged and my rumply tummy tells me there was flour/wheat/breadcrumbs in it - dang it - it's gonna be a long night)
mashed potatoes
green beans
3 hershey's kisses
double protein decaf iced coffee
pepperoni crisps - 40 or so

vites:  finally back on schedule (missed a whole lot over the weekend)
fluids:   90+oz by bedtime.

Ugh...can't do the gravy that comes on Salisbury steaks either.

I woke up with nasty acid, and ended up throwing up (or dry heaving I spose) a few times, its been about a week since I did my prilosec since I wasn't sure which vite dose to take it with...so I took 2 and went back to bed (missed my final review day today :( ) and felt much better, so started my day around 12, had some steak fajita mix for lunch, then a double protein coffee, chicken and a biscuit for dinner, and some fage yogurt/cheesecake for dessert...I have a feeling I will be down again at least a lb tomorrow, but the day will only tell...
