thx jennifer.  i was lucky enough to never have a stall in the past 2 years.  for the past 7 months i was at 155 - 157.  i thought i was done loosing.  guess again, right?  i was so surprise when last month, the scale started inching downward again.

But isn't it funny how skewed we all are?  202lbs in 774 days is a 1/4lb a DAY.  That's almost 2lbs a week.  Non surgical folks would chew off their arm for that rate of weight loss!
