L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, tomato, avacado
S: carbsmart fudge bar, Swiss cheese
D: beer can chicken on the grill (haven't tried chicken for 2 months), ceasar salad

Exercites: 1.5 mi mall walk; shopping at Sam's and Walmart; laundry

My Border Collie Vamp passed the Therapy Dog International test today. Tomorrow her alter personality will practice flyball. I taught the puppy to sit in a little wagon while I pull it. I'm working on a little something special for our nursing home visits. Stay tuned.
