Blood test results came back...positive! So I am officially eating for two now...

- cheese
- Greek yogurt with strawberries, cream cheese, and a splash of agave nectar
- leftover Texas Roadhouse chili with cheese
- roasted red pepper & garlic chicken sausage (all natural, nitrate free) with green beans and a parmesan garlic cream sauce (I actually made dinner at home! first time in MONTHS)

If I get hungry again later, I still have 2 leftover grilled chicken tenders, so I'll have those.

Jeff wanted to go get frozen custard to celebrate, but I don't want to have sugar very often, so we agreed to go over the weekend instead since they will have "birthday cake" flavor, which sounds really good  :)   So we'll reserve treats like that for when it's really worth it - no need to waste it on vanilla  ;)

Oh, and the happy news is not yet Facebook public since we're waiting to tell my parents tomorrow when we can see them in person.

Congratulations!!   Ok, no Facebook announcements until after you tell the parents.

Bites look good. Tell Jeff he should be glad you don't have a 100cm common channel...that frozen custard might be a little rough.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Went to see "The Help" with my BF this afternoon.....really good. Got overly stuffed on popcorn, but it was so so good.

B: bacon, double protein shake
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey and cheese, avacado, tomato
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: movie popcorn with extra butter
S: double protein shake
S: ????? Depends on if I get hungry

Vites and fluids doing fine.
Exercites: 20 min on recumbent bike. Vacuumed the house.

Glad you enjoyed the movie and had a good time. I think I might want to go back to see the Harry Potter movie again this weekend....hmm...might just get buttered popcorn this time.

Congratulations on the baby news!!!

I have no idea what to have for dinner, but all this talk of popcorn is making me want that! I had my first double down - still eating on it.
