Yes, but no results have been sent. I just got these today and it was 26 page fax. I will give them a call to make sure they will be faxing that one to me too.

It is also helpful to know exactly what vitamins and supplements like protein shakes you are taking.

Becky,

Thanks for the input. Is there an area in particular that you see I may need to pay close attention to? Right now I don't have all of my vits with me and unable to comment on what when why how. I do my weekly vites and take a pack everyday until it is time to refill them again. What would be helpful is if you see something is low to point me in the direction of a vitamin that would help maintain or improve my numbers. I do take three multi vitamins per day and I use whey protien from GNC. I am more concerned that I am getting in the proper amounts of everything. So if you are able to explain the results and clue me in on additional vites that I may need to increase or start taking if not already.

By the way the reason I wasn't taking the Zinc or the Viatmin K was because Dr. K told me it wasn't necessary  for me at the time. However, now my numbers have dipped a little so I figure rather than wait on his response to all the labs I would be proactive and begin on my own. Trust me I hear everyone on this board talking about vitamins and what to take and what not to take and how. The bottom line is I listen to my doctor and now its time to get on the DS band wagon and do what I have to do.

Thanks for all your help.

Most things seem a little low except for the vitamin B1. Is that correct -- 72?  I don't see calcium and you're already getting the PTH. With D3 that low, I have a feeling your PTH will come in high. You'll want to really work on the D3 and calcium citrate. If you aren't on Vitalady's plan you might want to think about it.

Thanks Gina,

Making the adjustments as I type. Its hard to know exactly what to do. Yes, my B1 is correct, I have been taking b1 for years because prior to my revision I ran low and never stopped taking it. Just looked at ordering some additional vites today.

Thanks so much for your input.
