Ok, below you will find my recent lab results and I think I need to increase some vites and decrease other but for the most part I will be adding Zinc, K and A. I will increase Iron (changing to tender), Calcium and D. (Vitalady here I come). I think my potassium was a little low but it is up from my previous draw I recall it was 3.2 my doctor made a big deal about it and I am glad he was watching. So Vets if you see anything else please help a sista out and if there is a brand that is better please feel free to share.

On the weight loss front there isn't any thing to talk about I am in a stall but I'm not gaining. I have started working out 4 to 5 days a week, yesterday I was in the gym for a long time I love the way it makes me feel. I am currently wearing a size 18 in most brands and some I have to get a 20 but its been a while since I had a one in fron of anything that belongs to me.... well my shoe size is 11 so thats not true.

Thanks for the support

sophia

You'll have to reformat that.  We also need to see any previous labs to look for trends.  People seem to like using google documents to do this although I have no idea HOW to do it (computer challenged).

Why weren't you already taking zinc K and A?

SO glad you will be using VitaLady's plan.
