More steak food porn for you, but first, the backstory.
When I was 5 months out, I didn't feel that I was recovering well. While I didn't have any complications I had lots of food sensitivities, my stomach wasn't bouncing back, I had horrible fatigue and to make things worse I work for insane slave drivers (an 80 hour work week is not unheard of for me). I was always so tired it felt like I wasn't healing or getting better, just spinning my wheels. It was so hard to get my protein down and I was getting frustrated. So hubs took me on vacation for much needed R&R. The Vegas buffets were good to me, and on that vacation my stomach FINALLY began to turn a corner and I was able to eat very well. During this time I was finally able to love my DS.
Below is a GIANT chunk of prime rib hub and I shared at Gallagher's. The slice missing on the slab of rib pictured below was on my plate. I was able to eat it along with seconds, I had dibs on the fatty charred peices around the edge.

And here are some sides: potato wedges and creamed spinach

And finally, a delicious case filled with aged beef... This is a picture to keep in your wallet:
