Sooo, my referring doctor called me at 7:03 tonight to let me know he would be faxing in the form for me to see Dr. Kemmeter in Grand Rapids!!!! I am so excited! I just need the critters, prayers etc as Dr K is not considered a preferred provider. It looks like there may be an end [and new beginning] in sight : ) : ) : )
