Hey GUys!!
So two sets of congrats in order today!! Congrats Jill, I'm so happy for ya!! and Happy Surgiversary Gina and thanks for all the hard work and commitment you put in on the board, we all love ya!!
So I had a bit of melt down yesterday due to the gain after a week of exercising hard and low carbing - I was so pissed!! Anyway, I had the day off from low carbing and got on the scale this morning and I had lost a pound - Go figure!!
Anyway, what I learned from all this is that I need to work on my attitude towards the scale and not let it affect my mood so much. Also I am only going to get on it once every two weeks from now on. My trainer at the gym yesterday mentioned how well my upper body and shoulders had really developed over the last month or so, so maybe some of it is muscle!!
B - protein shake 46g
L - 3 cheese & bacon sandwhich and a venti breve latte at barnes & noble
S - diet coke and 2 lemon cookies
D - dreamfields lasagna and a large glass white wine spritzer
D - cherry cheesecake ice cream (I know...I know....)
Back on the wagon tomorrow!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
