Ugh, I need to get back on track. I've been having bouts of nauseau, lots of fatigue, and a couple other oddities going on (and had a negative home pregnancy test today, so I can't blame that!), so I think I really need to get my diet back on track so I canpinpoint what might be the issue. Today was not horrible:

- protein shake (Muscle Milk)
- protein bar
- cheese
- Greek yogurt with cream cheese and sliced strawberries
- Outback: side salad and tilapia topped with crab stuffing

I hope you feel better and get it sorted out soon. Your last labs look ok?

Other than my D in the 30s, everything was good, including B12, iron, ferritin, protein, zinc...anything I can think of to check for fatigue! And, yes, I've increased my D  :)

Hi Gina and everyone,
Interview this morning went really well, but who knows. They won't make a decision for 3-4 weeks and it's hard to figure out what they're looking for or if they technically already know who they want and are just going throughout the motions.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: swiss cheese
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey, cheese, avocado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: roast beef, caesar salad
S: probably a protein coffee

Vites and fluids ok.
Exercites: 2 hour dance class tonight

I totally read it as "bacon double protein shake" without the comma and thought people were really taking this bacon thing too far!

But I see what it really says now  :P

I think you carbs are just fine for the exercising. Increase your protein shakes but not your carbs. Love seeing the cucumber in your line up, I think they're a great veggie along with fresh tomatoes for low carb folks.
