What to eat in an emergency?
I know Chick-Fil-A has chicken on their breakfast menu! Oh and like I saw someone else say, their chicken salad is to die for!

I threw up once and that was enough for me. I'm sorry to hear you're still having problems with it. has your doctor given you anything for it or is it from eating too fast? Smells and textures make me sick so I've been taking Zofran which is a life saver!
Dina McBride has an awesome blog and explains how we should be eating (http://livingthedslife.wordpress.com/) and so I've learned to take a bite and busy myself take another bite and busy myself again and really learned to listen to how my belly felt before taking any more bites. I always try to have something other to do while I'm eating, even if it's just a book. She also talks about how we should be taking a few bites every hour or so and it helps so much! I haven't been feeling sick and my belly has been feeling awesome!
As far as how much I was able to eat, only a few bites. I finished the bacon (they were really small pieces) but I'm having a hard time with the way cheese smells (makes me sick and I'm really sad about it) so after two bites of eggs I really had to close the lid and toss it but thanks to the bacon and the few bites I did have I was full :)
I ate a Big Mac (minus the top bun--too carby), chicken nuggets, mozzarella cheese sticks, baked potatoes with tons of cheese and bacon, you name it, as long as protein was featured prominently.
Easy-peasy. No worries.

Type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea GONE!
Now, Jack in the Box has a really big chicken sandwich - double chicken, double cheese and a slice of bacon. I throw the buns away and munch. 2 crunchy tacos at taco bell, takes the edge off and corn works better than the flour. You can always ask for extra mayo or protein style and not have to deal with the bun.
I always have protein bars, jerky, nuts to munch on.
