EXERCITES:
none, just doing laundry

this was a 6 day work week for me.  glad it's over

double protein coffee
scrambled egg
2 sausage patties
leftover beef teriyaki stick
leftover grilled chicken
brown & long grain rice 3 forkfuls
pistachios
double protein decaf coffee
hash brown hamburger helper
fresh peas w/melted butter
a boatload of cashews
hershey chocolate drops
will have another protein coffee before bed

vites:  i think i missed  a batch some where today. way too busy at work and don't remember
fluids:  80 oz by bedtime

Ugh...I hate 6 day workweeks...I hate 14 day, or longer, workweeks too.  Would love to have a 3 day weekend every workweek. lol

 Happy Saturday Everybody!  Hope y'all are having a great Day.  
Took the family bowling today, first time in a LONG time. None of bowl well but, We had soo much fun.  I bought the package with all you can eat pizza.  I ate 3 slices, but just the toppings :)  I logged it but couldn't figure just the toppings so my carbs are way off on my chart. :(

Bowling is awesome. One of my best birthdays since surgery was when my son and I went bowling, not eating out. I think you did fine just eating the toppings.

Vites:
On schedule.  I increased my Zinc, Vitamin A and Calcium.  I am now on 150 mg of Zinc a day, 125,000 units of Vit A and 2000 mg Calcium citrate.  Labs again in 6 months

Exercites:
Does chasing after the dog who escaped from the backyard count

I don't know that I would increase my vitamin A that much. I would just give it more time to work itself up. 100K should be enough. I know it's a YMMV thing but vit A scares me a little.

Good Bites today...lots of fiber in many of the carbs, so no absorption. lol Chasing after the escapee definitely counts towards Exercites.

Hi Gina and everyone,
AC fixed, AGAIN,,,,hopefully this is it.
Out to a pool party withbfriends and I tried to plan for eating, but it didn 't go very well because there wasn't much for me to choose from.. Guess next time I'll just take a shake.

B1: double protein shake
B2: bacon, 2 fried eggs
S: Swiss cheese and deviled egg
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: deviled egg, sm piece polish sausage, 1 bite fresh corn, 2 bites cantalooe, 1 slice strawberry, couple bites of a veggie stew
S: Nothing...stomach a little off

Fluids OK. No bedtime vites as yet.
Exercites: 1.5 mi make walk
