happy surgiversary and congrats! It is always inspiring for us behind you to see and hear about your success!! You are looking great and I know you feel great too. I am glad you dont find the supplements hard to take as for me that is a constant challenge. And it's good to have you reinforce the needs to limit carbs & sugar to be successful. I think I am learning that the hard way sometimes.

Thanks, Zuzu. The supplements were hard at first. Early out I tried to take a whole handful of vitamins at once and got so sick I had to lie down for an hour. Since then I just take two or three at a time. And the less you have of sugar and carbs the less you want them. You'll be where you want to be before you know it. Good luck. :)
