Still in pain from the kidney stone, but have some pain meds...
3 eggs & cheese for breakfast - something like 20g
protein coffee lunch- 40g
"broks" pizza - I made a mini 1 egg 1 cup mozz, shrimp, chicken, artichoke hearts, and mushroom with alfredo sauce and mozz on top -idk how many grams
feeling like a piggy so I am currently baking chicken wings, no breading, the sauce/seasoning is about 3 carbs per serving (6 wings) I will have these in a little while as well...
Only got 1 round of vites in so far I was in alot of pain and dry heaving earlier, but i have had a TON of water...Hoping to pig out on wings and go to bed early tonight
