Hi Gina and everyone,
What a day! Woke up to find that the AC had stopped working sometime during the night. Calls....AC tech.....electrician......AC tech.......it's working and the charge was only $29! It'll take hours to cool off since the high today was 110.

Found a little while to go shopping. Mtgs sales women were wonderful. The outfit I bought was size 16! Don't think I've worn that size in 40 years. I had made no comment of weight loss or anything and one of the women volunteer how small I looked.
Tried it on for DH and his jaw dropped. .

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: deviled egg
L: 1/2 WW thin bun with turkey, Swiss, tomato, avocado
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: 7 shrimp, few bites salad,potato and corn, cheddar biscuit (guess where we went)
S: ??

Vites and fluids on track
Exercites: none. Too hot in the house to ride bike. Did spend 20 min in the pool.

You got so lucky with your AC. Good for you!

So glad you went shopping at place where you could get some attention. Love the DH's reaction too! WOOT!!

Did you happen to have DH take a photo of you looking amazing in your new outfit???

Glad your A/C is back working.  Be thankful that it didn't cost an arm and a leg and that they were able to fix it today.    Aren't you smart -  your time spent in the pool should count towards exercise and also counts towards your Vitamin D supplementation!

I don't know about the D. I take 150,000 and spend at least an hour in the sun without sunscreen daily and my lastlevel dropped to 40. Oh, well.

Maybe you're getting too much D. You want to experiment? Try cutting back to 100K, keep tanning. Then cut back to 50K 4 days a week and 100K 3 days and keep tanning. You may have to go to the tanning salon as it gets cooler to try this. What do you think?

I tan all year long but only 8 minutes once a week.

Good luck with the AC. I hope it's something simple that they carry parts for.
