Well, 26 more pounds to go and I sure don't feel very thin. I'm amazed because twice I got down on the floor to do something without thinking, then got right up without being helped or pried up. I guess many if my mobility problems were weight related and not age related.
I need somethingc that fits to wear for this job interview, and I'm a little nervous about shopping.
B: bacon, double protein shake
S: Swiss. Hesse
L: small piece of Brok's pizza

D: a shake and I'm not sure what else. Grilled a steak for DH, but not interested since I got sick after eating some th other night.

Vites and fluids on track. Exercites: 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. 20 minutes swimming
I've found I have to go to the little shops where I can get individualized help from the sales and fashion folks. I'm hopeless without them. I'll swing lizards for this interview. Let me know when.

I tried on stuff in my closet and started another new bag of too big clothes. I can still wear my 1x jeans capris as long as I roll the waist up 3 times. I'm also the queen of safety pins. . In this heat I tend to wear those or shorts around the house.
I've never felt the overwhelming feeling about shopping before. I always headed for the big girl stuff.
