I've cleaned up the spreadsheet a litte.  There are now only two tabs - one for labs and one for my vite schedule.  Thanks for any input!

I would say really really start thinking about your iron...whether you want to start looking at getting an iron infusion or not.
 
You might want to increase your calcium by another dose. You D3 is great but I didn't see PTH (parathyroid). You really need calcium, D3 and PTH to judge.

For 3 months out, you're doing pretty darn well and time on VL's plan will help.

I just looked it up and it is the same.  So my Calcium is 8.8, D3 is 111 and PTH is 64.

i would take another calcium doses or 2. You want PTH to lower not higher and taking more calcium may help that number come down. It does lag behind a little, so it may take some time.
