Two year update.
You are wonderful. Congratulations!
Now have you seen someone about the abdominal pain? You need to go and explain this to your GP. When you are really large and lose a huge amount of weight you run the risk of getting pseudo-obstructions which can show up on a contrast dye study. I know the hospital near you is pretty crappy at responding to your needs but if you go along with a heap of bumpf and information from Dr Marchesni then they will take you seriously...that and a baseball bat!
Are you unable to post pics? Have you tried uploading them to IMGUR? It is a web site that image hosts. Basically you upload from your computer then copy the HTML Image (website/blog) link and paste it here...like this:
Pics of you please!!!

If your avatar is a peek of pictures to come, I know you are stunning in them!!!
You'll need to address the pain when first starting to eat. The amount of weight you've lost is phenomenal and things are rearranging. Micro obstructions or pseudo obstructions are very real.
About the bones popping, well, you are making your joints move now!! You have a range of motion you didn't have before. There's a chance of more wear in one spot in the joint that can hold pockets of gases, or if pain is involved, could be uneven cartiledge wear. Some glucosamine with chondritin might help - don't take if you are allergic to seafood.
Come on, girl, get on the bike and do some riding!!!
Hugs,
Ratkity
PS more hugs to the birds and animals!

I am so proud of you!!! I can see you zipping along on your sisters pink bike, yay for you!!!! Woohoo! AS for you popping joints, I would go see an orthopedic surgeon just to rule out and degenerative diseases that could cause discomfort. Also, they can show you some stretching exercises that may alieve some of the popping you hear.
Have you written a food log of your daily eating lately? I would if you haven't. Maybe something that you eat regularly doesn't agree with you. I would start writing down what what you eat and when you get pain. It may help the doctors(and us) figure out what is going on. Congrats on all of your successes and keep up the great work

Thank you for sharing your story, you are an inspiration! I am glad you are able to ride a bike again... it's so much fun and freeing! I look forward to doing that again myself. :)
Well wishes on your final year of school, and choosing a college. I hope that everything continues to go great for you!
