ok let me see how this looks in print . . and I am guesstimating as I don't count things . .
correct me if I am too far off . . I don't count carbs much I try to stay low as I can tolerate . .
4 oz (approx) hamburger patty- fried with onions 30 g protein
1 protein bar 20 g protein
1 c. half & half 7 g protein
4 z Brie cheese 14 g protein
10 breaded friend shrimp 20 g protein
2-3 pieces of french fries
1 peach with 1/2 c half & half and Somersize artificial sweetener 3 g protein
1/2 sm piece watermelon
still working on vites and liquids
