Exercise:  OMG it is hot.  I taught a lesson this morning and it was horrible.
Fluids:  More than usual
Exercise: Barely

The "pre-date" was a nice evening with a bunch of nice folks.  No one I would want to "date" but I enjoyed talking to several people there.  I'm glad I went.

Hello everyone.  Had a few more carbs today.  After my workout I was light headed and could feel my blood sugar was going to low and all I had with me was fruit snacks.  That is why they are there...

Do what you have to do with the blood sugar issue. Vitalady recommends keeping peanut butter crackers on hand for it. Something about that combo of protein and carbs seems to help.

Hi Everyone,
 Been MIA for a while but I am back.

S-Protein shake
B-2 sausage patties, Slice of cheese, coffee with cream
S-Protein shake
L- 1/2 sm.Wendys chili w/ cheese, sourcream, onions
S- other 1/2 sm.Wendys chili w/ cheese, sourcream, onions
D- 2 chicken tenders, 3 steamed broccoli, 1 bite of biscuit, Ice Tea
S- Protein shake( trying to get 3 a day in)

Vites: all in
Fluids: almost at goal
Exer: None, cleaned out closet today..hard work took most of the day.

Much better today than the last few days haven't been eating much, protein shake x 2- 60 grams total, 2 hard boiled eggs, cheese stick, side salad w/bleu cheese, aujus sandwich, broccoli

2 sets of vites left, my vite case is empty need to refill it but it needs to be washed first
