EXERCITES: 
enough steps done inside for 2 - 15 minute walks

Hi GIna and everyone,
Well, the scale FINALLY moved!! Between that and a call to schedule a job interview for next week, it was a pretty good day.

109 today but we had a storm come in just as I was heading out to the pool. We got a little rain but other parts of town had damage and flooding. Ah, Oklahoma weather.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: protein coffee
L: tuna salad, 1/4 avocado, small tomato
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: double protein shake
D: Brok's pizza.
S: ???

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 30 minutes on recumbent bike.

It rained so hard, so fast that the water just stands and isn't absorbed. Craziness. At the water park, the parking lot evidently was knee deep.

turkey breast wrapped around turkey bacon w/mayo (about 6 slices)

chinese take out:

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  70oz for the day

You can eat broccoli!   Best I can do is asparagus. It feels like broccoli expands in my stomach.

go figure, eh?  i can do broccoli, cauliflower in small doses.  too much gives me dh poo.  it's beans i have to watch.  green beans are ok, but the good-for-you ones with great fiber still tear me up.  i haven't tried asparagus yet. 
hmmmm....maybe i will put some yummy stalks on the grill this weekend and see how it goes.

Hey,

Bites: DS maintanence

I kind of went in reverse today

salmon and veggies (37g)
tuna on ww roll (30g)
cherries, strawberries
protein coffee (decaf, 25g)
faux french toast (36g)

vites: 1 dose left

exercites: 24 push ups, 75 crunches, 250 calories burned on eliptical & a walk a bit later

That's very fine. The protein shake after working out? You're doing as my surgeon suggests. He only wants us doing walking and light weights during the losing phase and then folks are free to build muscle and endurance after. I don't hear of too many recommending that.
